home sweet home back home feels really really really GOOD.. showers BED TV COMPUTER.. man I hv to admit I am just a city kid.. I live in a city.. and going to Mount K makes me really experience what is the outside world like.. life without hot heaters or internet or nice comfy beds.. 1st day we reach rose cabin and gawd the temperature was air con outside.. and we can actually view mount K from there and the scenery was really beautiful.. ( pics next time) either case next day was the trek up to laban rata the resting lodge at mount K 3km high.. however the trek it self was a freaking 6km... 6km seems like chicken feet huh but most of it is 6 km UP and slope.. honestly I am beginning to appreciate flat lands now cos I believe u ask any single body who went to Mount K all of our legs ache like crazy.. it rain halfway while we went up the trek.. and it was uber cold.. we all wear ponchos jackets and we just hv to continue walking.. at that present moment we were all like.. why are we climbing this stupid mountain!! but there was no backing out.. so we reach laban rata.. and I felt super sick.. hands cold.. and headache.. socks were wet.. shoes wet.. jackets wet.. everything wet.. and guess what we never bathe I just change into gg tee and track pants and slept in my winter jacket.. 2am summit climb.. feeling really cold.. we climb bout 300 m.. I backed out.. altitude sickeness.. cant breathe and I felt like fainting.. also feel like vommiting.. tessa too. and both of us backed out with the deepest regret.. i think i am coming back again the next time of course better prepared too than b4.. cos i really love mount K.. super nice its scenery ..and I really wan2 reach the summit and see the sun rise.. at least.. anyway we trek back down 6km in the morning after we slept when we reach back the cabin.. and the steps were freaking huge.. as we were going down we all wonder how we got UP ??????????? lol no rain.. but our legs start to ache.. and my freaking gg tee ( non water absorbent) so imagine that all my sweat were all cold blarh!! so when we reach KK city.. imagine the major relief we had when we checked into the hotel.. showers air con..HEATERS love it.. shopping the next day.. I did not buy much cos sad to say.. I still haven lost enuf weight.. the shops there hv limited sizes.. I bought new shoes for my dad cos the sole of my dad's old faithful nike ( the one I wore throughout the whole O level examination) shoes dropped out!! so bought him new shoes yeah.. bought my mum a pearl necklace.. I got a 50% discount 50 RM to 25 RM.. and the most stupid of all gotta be the POISON perfume.. whatever..waste my money.. I dropped it and I hv to pay 18 RM for it.. what do u expect I am a kltuz!! boxes to pack stuff and ear studs.. lol.. clara bought the ear studs which is the scouts symbol. comical.. also bot food like cuttle fish EGG TARTS "delicious" for family.. super nice +++ I guess I really know how to limit cos I am the easily one of the most richest person with the most RM when i return home.. either case really enjoy this whole trip.. laughing out loud with friends.. knowing new ppl.. sec3s sec4s.. ppl like tricia pick yee elisa sherwin sharon yeah enjoy the trip with them!! of course our look alike mdm ho guide brenda.. with loads of nicknames.. and miss ng( new gg cher in charge) she is super nice always take photos.. whee she is send soon..haha!! gawd it is 10 pm off to watch TV.. though it is home sweet home.. I am leaving sing again soon.!!! THIS MEANS I HV TO PACK whateverr |
