250th.. the half angry half happy post this is my official 250th post!!! hehe seems pretty significant to me eh.. lol.. I mean 250 is a pretty nice number.. Sch has started for like 3 days!! and my studying engine is easily and anytime not warmed up.. cause I actually forget my lesson timetable.. haha.. so let see this whole week was really busy.. tuesday was our NDP prayer mtg.. Our dear Singapore President SR Nathan actually came down and like visit us.. even though throughout the whole session he did not speak a single word like always ( no offence but I hardly hear any of his speeches.. most of them is usually by PM LEE. ) he just smiled and wave to us like how he would do so at public events... anyway the security was really tight that day..all the people we usually see at the kaikan have to be formal.. and we were restricted to do certain stuff like taking out our shoes when entering the room.. I mean the kaikan is like a place I grow up with.. so it was pretty uneasy having to experience that.. lol.. anyway President Nathan left after a while to hv dialogue session with the general director.. the rest of us stayed back to review on our dances.. apparently rehearsal 1 was not as good... but I believe everybody is trying their very best.. GO SINGA.. wednesday!!! OMG lessons started at 11 today.. but guess what time I woke up.. a frigging 10.20 am.. and I was supposed to meet roo and jialin at bedok interchange at 10.30.. imagine how I choing man..!! and yes I choing.. by running all the way to bedok interchange.. woots... training for milk run hahahaha!! anyway sorry to the two of U and thanks for waiting for me.. in the end we were late for our lesson.. oh man I feel so guilty now.. either case.. we got back our RHT test results already.. was pretty satsified with my mark.. cause my attendance for RHT lectures is like 50% only.. for the past 2 months.. my habit is go one pon one.. LOL!! after all this lecture is the boring one up to date.. and the lecturer is ...... after that econs lecture.. when i first enter into the hall..saw this old man.. first thing pop in my mind.. I most prob going to sleep already... when he started lecturing.. his hand was holding a pen like some opera style.. his voice was slow and gentle.. in another words.. NIANG!! and yes.. he was really really slow.. but the thing is that.. IT WAS THE BEST ECONS LECTURE I EVER HAD!! for once I understand everything within the lecture itself.. as he gave loads of examples some of them are pretty dumb as well.. like nokia is not from japan.. nokia is finnish.. ( we intepret as finish)... indirectly it just meant that nokia is from finland la.. and he was like pretty anti-government as our chapter day was fiscal policy which covers taxes... he kept complaing that some of the taxes are shit.. but I guess due to his niang presentation.. the way he says shit was totally LOL.. anyway it is just better than miss projuice lecture on GDP.. cause until now GDP is still like rubbish in my brain..speaking of lecturers.. the POM lecturer on monday was pretty rubbish too.. the lecture group was noisy and he actually make ppt slides that says.. PLEASE KEEP QUIET.. but they were of a different file from the lecture ppt. so whenever we were noisy.. he would click click click just to put the keep quiet ppt slides up.. and by the time he flashed that the lecture hall was alredy quiet.. so it was kinda DUMB and -_-''''' anyway... there was training today too.. re-formatted a couple of steps.. but overall it was a pretty good training... can see the spirit was getting high.. lol.. anyway I went hm with brainer and jerry... GUESS WHAT. met a stupid idiot ( I want to use all the vulgarites on him ) GUY.. U see last wednesday.. he approached me and siyi and a a 13 yr old boy ( sorry i forgot ya name) when we finish our NDP trainng.. he stand at entrance of citylink and firstly.. he will shake ya hand.. like very kind gesture.. then he would flashed out a pen.. say it is A FREE GIFT for us to accept.. after that the main pt.. he will crap say that he is nt from a charitable association..he is frm a company that will aid the ex offenders in giving them job opportunites.. but he need to build funds for his company in order to help this people.. and he must sell how many pens for promotion and crap.. then say some card thing.. and some association and the main pt.. our supposedly FREE GIFT become 4 to 6 dollars we must pay..he even mention that some people pay like 10 20 bucks for the pens.. he say we just chip in a little can already..so the 13 year old boy happen to buy before.. and he knows that the whole thing is a scam..cause the whole issure does not seems to make any sense.. so he kinda mention abt his doings is pretty fake and stuff.. I expected further explanation on his doings but oh well mr give away "free pen" man got angry.. he kinda like scolded us.. like WTH.. I mean siyi and I kept quiet throughout and only the 13 year old boy was commenting.. but we can see a shift of his attitude.. from being super polite to sacarstic as he ended the whole encounter by like BYE BYE.. in a bleh tone.. last week I was already pissed by the attitude.. I mean if it is doing for a good cause, he would not be so pressed on as he kept pressurising us for money.. he could at least say like nvm or smthg like that.. POOR SERVICE ATTITUDE... and from what I see he targeted youth only.. cause a whole grp of adults went past he did not approach them at all.. so yes this wednesday I MET HIM AGAIN.. and apparently he forgot abt the whole incident that he ever scolded me..YES HE MAY FORGOT BUT I DON'T cause it left a deep impression on me such scammers and partially I guess he asked too many people already.. so yes he came up to me brainer and jerry and asked.. and repeat the same old process I describe above.. but the stupid me lacked the courage to scold him and expose him.. even though I hinted pretty loudly I dun want to buy.. oh well brainer hinted he appreciate the offer but he dun really want to buy..and his attitude kinda shift a little as usual it become what should I say.. more possesive.. he even brought up new thing..religion. WTH!! so in the end.. brainer just bot one to shut his mouth up.. I AM SO DUMB LA.. I should hv voice out my opinions or smthg.. man I really lack this thing called bravery.. either case we went to observe the pen since there was a cardboard attached behind stating the company details.. firstly no company number or address..the heading gave away everything.. CROPS INTERNATIONAL INDEPENDENT WITH AYTEM PTE LTD... I never hear of any international company called CROPS before..like wth.. does that international company sell all the wheat and malt.. lol.. AYTEM.. sounds some random word anyhow picked up.. i mean the whole thing does not makes sense! and he had no proper identification to identify himself or smthg.. everything seems so fake!! GRRR!! I hope he will be there nxt wed cause I am so going to scold him..WTH stop cheating people money already la. so angry nw!!=x |
