My exercise diet

SCHOOL OUT SCREAM AND SHOUT!!!

oh well, Junior HTM year has ended and we are gonna be seniors soon!! CRS and Accounts was pretty manageable!! Movie date with jiayi and roo was really hilarious!!! ESP charades at borders and I finally got new cotton on slippers and shoes LOL!!

YESTERDAY!!! It had to be my most significant day in MAHJONG!! For the first time, I felt traumatised and really bad, not because I lost alot but it was the classic opposite! I actually won 44 dollars which is equivalent to an individual price of 4 movie trips, 8 cotton on slippers, 2 tops, 10 mc-value lunches, 22 packets of chicken rice, 44 cups of bubble tea and maybe a ear piece which I need cause apparently it is spoilt! etc etc!! Nevertheless thou shall not greed, so I did not collect a single cent. Plus I do feel bad collecting so much money from friends! Nevertheless 3 of them wr roo and jiayi owe me a treat at my sinful bedok 85 kay!! YUM YUM!!

Speaking of which, a combination of roo wr jiayi and yes JIA LOK MEE brother, they came out with a diet plan for me. I hv to follow the below 6 CONCRETE RULES

1) DO NOT EAT AFTER 9PM, NO SUPPER
2) EAT SLOWLY, NIBBLE AND CHEW
3) SNACK ONLY ON FRUITS, MAXIMUM A SNACK A DAY LIKE ONE PINEAPPLE TART
4) MAXIMUM 1 BUBBLE TEA A WEEK
5) MAXIMUM 3 TIMES A WEEK FRIED FOOD
6) REWARDS INDULGENCE ONCE A WEEK AND IS END OF WEEK

Honestly, I think I can stick to these rules cause I dun really snack like roo, I eat fruits daily, and after what paps told me abt bubble tea, I grew a little phobic as in trying to avoid drinking too sweet or milky drinks! BUT THE REAL HORROR actually lies in the exercise programme

INTENSE EXERCISE starting with running on monday! basketball gym swimming squash badminton!! Faints seriously!! So yeap, will I be a cenosis or marie france body line after 2 months, I seriously hope YES cause I hv to lose 10 kg within 2 months!! HMMMMMM!!! LET THE REAL EXERCISE BEGINS!!!
Studying with shitzu and jin ber li on sunday b4 accounts was awesome. It was productive, filling and FUN and I realise TP on sundays is really really quiet =) SD 25th anniversary tmr!! I shall blog abt the peace proposal soon! Make me think so much!! I really learn a lot from my seniors!!
